Work Procedures
Step 1 Negotiate the conditions of the preliminary design and price. Complete the preliminary contract and MOU.
Step 2 Start making the preliminary design. Conclude the design and complete the specifications.
Step 3 Write and complete the structural calculation. Print the blueprint. Make the construction contract.
Step 4 Engineer signs the document and files for a permit, which takes about 30-45 days.
Step 5 Start the construction.

- Inspect the construction site.
- Make the preliminary design (inspect the area and the land position with the local city plan and review the construction laws regarding approvals to build).
- Make and propose the preliminary design for consideration. Once you approve, the actual construction plan will be designed to ask for the approvals. In this case, we will provide you with free design and plan drawings, including the engineer and architect who will sign the design and supervise the work. Make sure to understand that we will design the work within the budget as informed from the beginning. - File for the permit as an urgent case within 45 days until receiving the construction permit.
- Start the construction until completion, taking about 10-12 months.
Expenses
All procedures for the design until the permit is obtained; agreement on the design fee …… baht. (Call for quotation)
- Start to design the plan, elevation, and sections. Propose the material specifications. Pay 30%
- Upon completion of the design drawings and structural design. Pay 20%.
- Civil engineer / Architect signs the document and design to file for the permit. Pay 50%
- File for construction approval. During this time, sign the contract. (Takes about 45 days)Note: Design fee does not include extra expenses.
